I am beyond ecstatic about this purchase! Chris was beyond helpful and attentive from the get-go, responding to messages quickly and helping me with all aspects of the order. He sent a photo of the order before it was shipped and when I had expressed that it didn't quite look how I had wanted, he changed it for me immediately. I know there are many neon sign sellers in the U.S., but for how kind and hard working Chris is, I was more than happy to purchase from his store in Canada. I really do intend to purchase again, the sign looks so amazing up on my shelves. There is a high pitched buzzing that comes from the wire, so we usually keep the sign off, but it looks fantastic either way. 10/10, could not recommend this enough.

This sign came in only five days after it shipped and is in beautiful condition. It was packaged so carefully with bubble wrap and paper. And there was a note expressing how appreciative Chris was for the order. Overall, the purchase and arrival was such a pleasant and exciting experience.
